docs(readme): apply PR #152's 5 fixes to README.vi.md and README.ko.md - #153

PR #152 fixed 5 issues in README.md/README.zh.md only. anh asked to extend the same fixes to the other two language variants. JOURNEY/PHILOSOPHY doc links (issue 1) were already correct in these two files — they linked to JOURNEY.vi.md/PHILOSOPHY.vi.md and JOURNEY.ko.md/PHILOSOPHY.ko.md from the start, never had the .en.md naming bug. Documentation table position (issue 5) was already correct too. The other 3 apply here as well: 2. Versioning section no longer says "phát hành lên 3 registry" / "3개의 독립된 레지스트리에 배포" directly above a table showing Product's registry as "Không có" / "없음" — reworded to match README.md's "three independently versioned release axes" fix. 3. Requirements no longer claims Windsurf/Aider support in either language — lists only the 4 harnesses actually wired, linking to each file's own "Multi-harness support" section heading. 4. Removed the guard-destructive.sh demo block duplicated verbatim in "Trông như thế nào trong thực tế" / "실제로는 이렇게 동작합니다" — kept the hero occurrence, the later section now links to it plus Known Limitations (in-file anchor + docs/reference/known-limitations.md). Issues 1 (doc naming) and 5 (Documentation table position) were already correct in these two files — vi/ko always linked to their own .vi.md/.ko.md doc variants, never had the .en.md naming bug. The other 3 apply here too:
