- template.tsx:472 单一 Plan 标签改为 Dropdown 多选，承载 EnablePlan 与 Strategy(EnableMultiAgent/EnableGoalMode)，三者可同时勾选 - grpcApi.ts: AIStartParams 增 Strategy 字段与 AIExecutionStrategy 接口，预留 HotPatchType_Strategy 热加载扩展点 - Plan 沿用 HotPatchType_EnablePlan 热更新；Strategy 暂不热更新，仅写回本地 setting 与会话 StartParams，下次启动生效 - Goal 启用后展示最小迭代次数(GoalMinIterations)输入，<=0 由服务端默认 - defaultConstant/formatAIAgentSetting 补 Strategy 默认值与兜底
