Add examples/devops-infra/CLAUDE.md with a complete DevOps/Infrastructure agent team covering: - Terraform/Pulumi infrastructure as code - Docker/Kubernetes deployment - CI/CD pipeline management (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD) - Monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana) Agents: tech-lead, infra-engineer, platform-engineer, cicd-engineer, sre-engineer, code-reviewer Skills: plan-and-apply, deploy-service, incident-response Also updates README.md examples table. Closes xvirobotics#3
