Enforce dtype match in f output and rewrite README reference - #5
Merged

Conversation
Add DtypeMismatchError and raise it from _process_windows (both batched and non-batched) when f's output dtype differs from the tensor's declared dtype. Rewrite README as a user-facing reference: fix the dependency-chaining example to use separate output vs arg windows, document device/dtype, .to(), HDF5 flush/close durability, exceptions, dimension_map, and the exploding-compute constraint.
