What changed

  • puts the Mads Lorentzen / AI Job Search acknowledgement at the top of the README
  • adds ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS.md and NOTICE while preserving the upstream MIT copyright
  • replaces copied upstream README material with original Hackpost documentation
  • documents an explicit upstream-versus-Hackpost comparison
  • adds live Hackpost API discovery, local ships/token records, privacy, doctor, profile, and leaderboard commands

Why

The fork relationship was technically present but not prominent enough, and the repository still looked too close to the upstream project. This makes authorship unmistakable and gives the adaptation a distinct functional and documentation surface.

Checks

  • npm test: 3/3
  • upstream Python tests: 60/60
  • npm run lint:hackpost
  • python3 tools/security_guards.py
  • live API smoke test
