All 25 originally-excluded repos have had their mcp-server-release.yml/ mcp-server-deploy.yml pins migrated with real red/green CI confirmed on each migration PR. Mechanism left in place for any future repo needing the same vacuous-CI protection.

All 25 originally-excluded repos (see .github#57/#58 for the mechanism, task_1786765529531 for why the janitor was disabled 07-21) have had their
mcp-server-release.yml/mcp-server-deploy.ymlpins migrated, each confirmed with real red/green CI on its own migration PR. dependabot-janitor.yml'sEXCLUDE_REPOSis now empty. Mechanism itself stays in the script for any future repo that needs the same vacuous-CI protection.Need help on this PR? Tag
