Add integration tests for pre-issue access token action with extended grant types

This pull request introduces new test coverage for pre-issue access token action scenarios using the extended grant types, both for successful and failure cases.

Expanded test coverage for pre-issue access token actions:

• Updated testng.xml to include new classes for device code and token exchange grant types, covering both success and failure scenarios:
  • PreIssueAccessTokenActionSuccessDeviceCodeGrantTestCase
  • PreIssueAccessTokenActionSuccessTokenExchangeGrantTestCase
  • PreIssueAccessTokenActionFailureDeviceCodeGrantTestCase
  • PreIssueAccessTokenActionFailureTokenExchangeGrantTestCase
