Fix duplicated words in documentation

Purpose

Several pages contained accidentally duplicated words such as "the the" and "from from". This removes those duplications across documentation: Asgardeo, shared includes, and Identity Server 7.0.0 onward (7.0, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, and next).
