The raw nasa_viirs_fire_alerts table stalled on 2026-08-17 while the precomputed VIIRS tables kept updating, so fire widgets cut their charts at the raw table's date. Read the end date from the pinned gadm__viirs__adm2_daily_alerts version's metadata instead, and keep the raw table's date as rawEndDate for the on-the-fly fire-alerts-simple path.
content_date_range can track the raw table's publication date rather than its last alert, which would send on-the-fly queries to an empty window. Take the earlier of it and the tile server's max_alert__date, the date the map layer ends on, falling back to whichever one resolves.
