Appends the ## Final Cleanup section to remediation-results.md: drift check, path sanitization (PR #21), removed worktrees, pruned entries, deleted local/remote branches with reachability evidence, retained objects, META-158, final verification, and attestation (RECONCILIATION_COMPLETE). Docs-only.
