v0.2.8 release workflow 失败：APK versionName=0.2.8-debug 与 Tag=v0.2.8-debug
不一致，因为 Tag 带 v 前缀而 versionName 不带。
修复：比对前 TAG=\${TAG#v} 去掉 v 前缀。
versionCode=29 / versionName=0.2.9-debug（v0.2.8 tag 已作废，不移动）。
