Closes #94 — the requested feature (import custom lists/URLs) already exists via the
CUSTOM_BLOCKLISTSenv var, but was only documented in docs/migration-from-bash.md, which is why the reporter didn't find it.Adds a 'Custom Blocklists' section to the README Configuration area showing comma-separated URL usage with the exact use case from the issue (cloud provider ranges).
