Use `*A` etc to set the values these keys would previously set directly.
Implement three paged layouts on Screen D for Wi-Fi, MQTT, and build info using the raw compiler date and time strings.\nUpdate keypad and screen documentation plus native tests to reflect the new formatting.
Move the MQTT connection status to the top row so the host line keeps all 16 characters for the IP or hostname. Documentation and the screen unit test were updated to match.
