- Split large Media3 PCM buffers into display-paced visualizer frames
- Preserve audio pass-through behavior
- Bound queued waveform data and clear stale frames across lifecycle changes
- Add regression coverage for paced large-buffer rendering and disable cleanup
- Fix issue Experiencing Visualizer Stutter since 1.15 till present. #511
