- Bump the app version to 1.16.0 with Android version code 1016000
- Add the complete release history for changes since v1.15.2
- Add IzzyOnDroid/F-Droid-compatible English release metadata
- Include content-blocking targets, fullscreen and notification fixes, background player lifecycle protection, and improved BiliBili response handling
