This Jupyter project is designed to find peaks in EEG data.
In order to run this project, you will need to have the following installed:
- Python 3
- Jupyter Notebook
- NumPy
- Pandas
- Dash
- Plotly
To get started, clone the repository and open the epoch_finder.ipynb file in Jupyter. Follow the instructions and cells in the notebook to process and analyze the EEG data.
The EEG data used in this project is provided in the data folder. It consists of a CSV file.
