This introduces 019.02 richer-project-modeling under 019_templates so upcoming work on richer project/module metadata has a dedicated place in the Ito module tree. It also replaces the default wildcard scope with concrete boundaries for the sub-module.

  • New sub-module

    • Added 019.02 as a child of 019_templates
    • Creates a stable target for future changes related to richer project modeling
  • Scoped module definition

    • Added a purpose focused on project/module metadata and scaffolding
    • Defined explicit scope areas instead of a placeholder catch-all
  • Module layout

    • Uses the existing sub-module convention under .ito/modules/019_templates/sub/
# Richer Project Modeling

## Scope

Closing this as premature/stale module scaffolding. The PR only adds a new sub-module file, there are no active Ito changes targeting , and the branch/title drift suggests it is no longer being actively driven. We can recreate the sub-module when richer project-modeling work actually starts so the module tree stays aligned with real proposal/change work instead of placeholders.

Closing rationale: this PR only adds a new sub-module placeholder, there are no active Ito changes targeting 019.02 today, and the branch/title drift suggests it is no longer being actively driven. We can recreate this sub-module when richer project-modeling work actually starts so the module tree stays aligned with real proposal/change work instead of speculative scaffolding.
