首轮五平台测试打包的 Windows x64、ARM64 任务在构建步骤报
spawnSync pnpm ENOENT。Windows 的 pnpm 安装入口是.cmd，不能按 Unix 可执行文件方式由 NodeexecFileSync直接启动。修复
cmd.exe执行固定的 pnpm 命令。本 PR 不改变 Release 工作流，也不发布版本。
