feat: complete Zhizi cloud remote compute flow

Summary

Completes the first-productized Zhizi cloud remote compute flow for GoAgent.

• Keeps local KataGo as the default path and makes Zhizi cloud explicit opt-in.
• Adds Zhizi account status inspection, refresh/test connection IPC, logout cleanup, and official App download link.
• Builds official Socket.IO/GTP args from simple compute tiers: standard, fast, deep.
• Adds Settings UI for login, account check, connection test, remote session refresh, enable/disable remote analysis, and advanced overrides.
• Persists clear Zhizi status values: logged-out, logged-in, ready, no-credit, token-expired, network-error, worker-unavailable.
• Updates Zhizi documentation and contract tests.

Notes

No public payment API or embeddable recharge API was available in the open docs. When credit is insufficient, GoAgent now directs users to the official Zhizi app download page, so they can recharge or activate compute inside the official app: https://zhizigo.com/download.
