Docs: bring the testing plan in line with main - #51

The 2026-10-30 baseline still said the browser suite was outside CI, that nothing had run on Cloud, and that Identity and Motion were not built. Record the suite measured on 4032f9f and point Cloud status at the README. Co-authored-by: H.J. <wilsonhj@users.noreply.github.com>

Not done
F4 is still open: a fresh machine has to install Chromium or set
E2E_CHROMIUM_PATH. The demo-readiness boxes for a timed rehearsal, a public URL, and a filled-in Cloud smoke log stay unchecked.
