Below 768 px the rail's footer (Recent runs link, demo/backend indicator) was `max-md:hidden`, so on a phone /runs had no nav entry and the demo badge never showed. Keep it visible and lay it out as a row there, like the tool links above it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Below the md breakpoint (768 px),
components/shell/rail.tsxhid the rail footer withmax-md:hidden. That footer holds the only nav link to Recent runs (/runs) and the Demo · local mock / Comfy backend indicator, so on a phone/runswas unreachable from the nav and the demo badge never showed.Reproduce (before)
Open any page at 375×812: the rail shows the app name and the four tool links, but no Recent runs link and no backend indicator. The new e2e test fails on
