Nice, thank you! Can you or your employer sign the Participant Agreement?

I don't have an employer
I'm 17 and I do open source work outside of my legal guardians' knowledge, is there any other way we can go about this without signing the agreement as I don't feel comfortable sharing the information required

I'm so sorry about that. Unfortunately, we cannot accept changes without a signed agreement :(. It sucks, and is something we've tried to address in the past, but the legal complexities of doing web standards work without clear attribution of who's contributing to the standard have made it impossible so far :(.
