Superseded by #230, which carries this bump on its own — typescript-eslint is medium tier because it produces the lint count every dependency PR is verified against, so it was deliberately kept out of the low-risk batch in #229 to stay bisectable.

Verified there against the origin/main baseline: build 0 errors (same), lint 0 errors (same), audit 5 vulnerabilities (same). Because the bump moves its own yardstick, the eslint output was diffed rather than the count alone — byte-identical. bun test 71 pass, typecheck clean. Eleven lock entries moved: this package and the ten @typescript-eslint/* packages it releases in lockstep, all past the 14-day cooldown (published 2026-08-10).

Leaving this open until #230 merges; it will be closed then.
