Feature request: handle OS X media button keys

I want to be able to use my iPhone earbuds to pause the music (supported on macbook models purchased in the last 1 or 2 years or so). I suspect this is done the same way as the volume keys on apple keyboards, which would also be acceptable (pausing by hitting a media key on the keyboard).
