With the recent addition of ranged port input, the --loop-ports option is obsolete. Users can loop through the ports of a switch by inputting a range of ports (i.e. "1-36"). The option is being removed outright, rather than be legacied out since the option previously worked with port 255 (0xFF), which it should not. Signed-off-by: Albert L. Chu <chu11@llnl.gov>
