Build a noose from 10 LV cables, drag a mob onto it to hang them: immobilized, anchored, asphyxiated, swaying with a code-drawn rope. Removable via self/strip; carrying or removal frees and downs the victim. Can't be buckled, binned, or built over. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
