RepairCMS — Repair shops ran on four tools that never agreed. A multi-tenant platform holding the seven modules the product runs on: CRM, POS, inventory, cashbook, quoting, a dynamic form builder and a customer portal. Tenant isolation is enforced at the data layer, Stripe drives subscription billing, and Lexware keeps the books in sync.

Asklytics (founder) — Asking a data question meant waiting on whoever could write the query. An engine that answers plain-English questions directly: a modular NestJS backend with OpenAI integration that queries every connected data source at once and streams the answer back as it arrives. LSOE CRM — Two counsellors kept calling the same student. A CRM with five permission tiers resolved server-side, Socket.IO rooms per record so everyone sees edits live, and CSV/XLSX import that deduplicates before anything is written. Zero spreadsheets left in the workflow.

- Tenant isolation belongs at the data layer, not the UI — a missing filter should fail closed, never leak another shop's records.
- Money logic (invoicing, VAT, rounding, receipt numbering) is a separate risk class with its own review rules.
- Permissions are resolved server-side; the client is untrusted display. Hiding a button is never the control.
- Pagination and projection are defaults, not options — nothing gets to request an unbounded collection.
