Release prep for 1.3.3. Version bumped across header, constant, README.txt stable tag, and package.json. Changelog added (WooCommerce action-prefix format).

Changelog (1.3.3)

• Fix - License options are now removed on uninstall (they were saved under a different key and left behind).
• Improve - Admin settings radio options no longer wrap mid-label and stack cleanly on phones.
• Dev - Corrected the developer/FAQ docs (removed references to a security model that was intentionally removed), refreshed the translation template, and removed dead load-more JS.

Build

bash bin/build-release.sh exits 0. Zip: dist/infinite-loader-for-woocommerce-1.3.3.zip (1.2M, 92 files). EDD SDK (edd-license/) present; JS/CSS min+source present.

Note for reviewer

The built zip carries internal/dev files that should not ship to customers (pre-existing since 1.3.2, not introduced here): CAPABILITIES.md, docs/qa/QA-GATE.md, audit/manifest.json, .contract-audit-baseline.json. .distignore excludes the other internal markdown docs but not these. Recommend adding them to .distignore in a follow-up (kept out of this scope-limited version+changelog PR).
