Brings this plugin's bundled settings shell up to the current revision so all Wbcom plugins share a byte-identical settings.css again: - bounded control column beside the label (was pinned to the far card edge) - radio choice-groups render as inline-flex chips that wrap between whole options, never mid-phrase - phone breakpoint (<=600px) stacks label over a full-width control so nothing clips at 390px Bump shell VERSION 1.0.2 -> 1.0.3 so the loader resolves to the fixed copy and the stylesheet cache-busts. Only lib/wbcom-settings/settings.css and the VERSION const change; no plugin-specific code touched.
