Feat: Launch dropdowns from command line

Would be very handy to be able to launch dropdowns from command line, so these can be bound to keyboard shortcuts (specifically showing the dropdown for notifications).

I like the idea but I’m wondering how Wayle should choose where to open the dropdown, since it could be bound to any number of modules (across monitors even), or not at all

Absolutely! This is one of the things stopping me from moving to Wayle right now. As for where the dropdown should pop up, some approaches I see, in order of which ones seem best to me:

• In the position specified by a new field for the dropdown config, taking values like first-module, left, right, center with a default set.
• Next to the first module it's bound to, defaulting to next to a consistent corner or the center
• Always on one corner or the center

Absolutely! This is one of the things stopping me from moving to Wayle right now. As for where the dropdown should pop up, some approaches I see, in order of which ones seem best to me:

I'm "on" wayle now for panel, because it's just amazing (the pywal integration is lovely, and overriding icons, etc for systray is just crazy good), but I have to start swaync first, then start the panel so i can keep using swaync-client :/

if that's the only reason, perhaps it's simpler to do this in-wayle? can't wayle see the keybind and trigger the dropdown immediately based on its config, without needing to fork external processes and do IPC?

note: i'm generally a fan of features of composability. ability to launch dropdowns from other programs/scripts/CLI could be interesting

I implemented this feature in #328 as part of a general dropdown UI overhaul. The syntax is wayle dropdown {list, open, close, toggle}. I also implemented wayle systray {open, toggle} to toggle systray dropdowns by ID from wayle systray list.

Please test my PR and see if it has all of the features you want.
