- doctor is a local-env diagnostic (live network probe) — not useful to an agent; mcp serve is this server itself (a tool call would spawn a nested server on ignored stdin and could hang). Exclude both. - read tools now carry idempotentHint so clients can cache/retry safely.
Add a full-width MCP block to the recipes band (alongside Docs): one-line `claude mcp add` setup and an agent triaging tickets via native tools. Render inline code in mono with ligatures off so `--allow-writes` shows clean double-hyphens.
