Google Oauth "This app is blocked"

I haven't been able to upload backups to Google Drive since 15th November, prior to this there was no issue.

When I attempt to authorise XCloner from the Storage Locations page, I receive the error:

This app is blocked. This app tried to access sensitive info in your Google Account. To keep your account safe, Google blocked this access.

@Ars92 when i try to setup google drive, i get this error

Invalid SSL certificate Error code 526
