cross-vm-resource-limits. → next:wasmer-v8-imports-bridge-fixes.napi submodule bumps for the scope-bound value-lifetime rework (generation-tagged ids, scope-bound Locals, conformance test) and the rustc 1.94 pin. See wasmerio/napi#41.
