Description
Defines the concise technical design for recovering cloud agent sessions by respawning the PTY and Bash process inside the existing sandbox.
The design preserves the normal shell-command execution path. It rejects an inner-shell supervisor because that process boundary could change shell state, signals, job control, hooks, and terminal integration.
