结论：本 run（Head 12b8623a，2026-10-12T11:33Z）与本 issue 收敛的另外三个红 run（38191539985 / 38231399606 / 38235869730）同一根因，该根因已于 2026-10-13 由 PR #232（提交 8c51170d）修复进 main。main 的 CodeQL 自 2026-10-13T01:41Z 首个 run 起全绿至今（最新 40070906401，2026-10-24T06:37Z，success @ 505eeaff = 当前 origin/main）。无新修复可做，本轮不开 fix 分支 / 不建 PR。

根因（代码级实证，非猜测）

CI 失败原文（gh run view 38243398052 --log-failed）：

失败 SHA 12b8623a 该行原文（git show 12b8623a:framework/selftest.cpp）即上述 pragma——SME SIGILL 探针用 per-function #pragma GCC target 提升 march。ubuntu-24.04 CodeQL runner 的 GCC 13.2.0 不接受 +sme 修饰符（upstream GCC 的 SME 支持自 14 起；本仓开发机 openEuler GCC 12.3 的 backport 接受它，故本地构建从未暴露）。回归引入点：PR #231 merge（488043fb，2026-10-12T01:20Z 首红）。

既有修复（已在 main）

8c51170d（2026-10-12 20:00 +0800 落 feature 分支，PR #232 于 2026-10-13 09:41 +0800 merge 进 main）：删除 pragma，SMSTART/SMSTOP 改用 ISA 固定的 MSR immediate 裸编码（objdump 验证与助记符字节一致，编译器无关）。当前 main 该处形态（framework/selftest.cpp:915-918）：

本轮验证与边界（诚实声明）

已验证：失败报错行 ↔ 失败 SHA 代码 ↔ 修复 diff 三者逐字对应（git show 引文见上）；12b8623a 是 origin/main 祖先、8c51170d 位于其与 main 之间（git merge-base --is-ancestor）；修复后 12 天内 main 全部 CodeQL run 全绿（最近一次即当前 main HEAD）。
未重做：ubuntu:24.04 + GCC 13.2.0 容器复现——同环境 12 天 CI 全绿是比本地容器复现更强的实证，且原作者提交前已做过该容器复现（8c51170d commit message 记录复现出同一报错）。
无新补丁：对已修复的失败再造 fix 分支 / PR 属无补丁可携的空转（违反 one-patch-per-unit），故本轮零代码改动、零提交。issue 的关闭请人工确认后执行（agent 红线：不 resolve）。
