Summary

Add optional sections[] support for card manifest items so non-news sources can render labeled body sections.
Prefer valid sections over summary/impact labels while preserving the existing news fallback.
Add regression coverage for section rendering, text fitting, and unknown section fields.

Test plan

go test ./internal/app
go test ./...
go build -o ./mark2note ./cmd/mark2note
git diff --check
