skills/update-protocol: bumpversionanddate, insert the new entry at the top of## History & Reviewswith the user's#### Changesbullets and*No reviews yet.*, and update the pin in every composite in the same repository that lists the protocol inprotocols_used, patch-bumping each with a Changes bullet of the form- Pin <name> at 1.0.1 (was 1.0.0).. Every check happens before any file is edited: semver, target version greater than current, date well formed and not earlier than the previous entry, top entry not already at the target, a clean baseline validator run, and the full dependent list with cycle detection. A failed check changes nothing.Revised after ADR 0018 (#52): the skill no longer looks for dependents in other repositories. A composite elsewhere resolves its pin from its own
sourceand its authors move it when they choose. Same-repository dependents are found by the sibling file existing underprotocols/, and the patch bump of a sibling composite is the rule within a repository, where the head must be self-consistent.Dogfood.
