Add Quillite Markdown to the open-source apps section.
I maintain this MIT-licensed Markdown reader and editor, built with Go + Wails v2 and a vanilla JavaScript frontend. It runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux and keeps documents as ordinary local Markdown files.
Features include reading-first navigation, live split-view editing, visual table and Mermaid diagram editing, KaTeX formulas, and DOCX/HTML/PDF/image export.
The project has an English README with application screenshots, as required by CONTRIBUTING.md. This PR adds matching English and Simplified Chinese entries.
