{mail_addr} might not contain the acutal from address, in this case expect it to come from *envfrom itself.
In case the domain is not found among loaded domains a wildcard lookup is attempted the wildcard lookup itself does not expect to domain to end with '>' as it comes from *envfrom this is fixed the same way as for loaded domains with HASH_FIND_STR
