**v1.0.0 shipped 2026-06-12.** All ten phases merged via individually
reviewed PRs (#9, #10, #13–#20), regular merges throughout. The repo went
from version `0.0.0` / no LICENSE / no CHANGELOG / no tags to: BSD-2-Clause
licensed, Keep-a-Changelog history reconstructed back through the PortAudio
era, `v0.9.0` (Milestone B) and `v1.0.0` annotated tags with GitHub
releases, a three-path documented install story (menubar `setup` /
CLI+native `setup-cli` / CLI+PortAudio toolchain-free), tap preflight
eliminating the unanswered-TCC-prompt startup death, and the ConfigStore
TOML-subset parity suite (which caught and fixed a real CRLF config
corruption bug). Suite at close: 259 passing. Deferred past this plan:
named device+STT profiles (gated on capturer `--mic-uid`), public
distribution (Developer ID + Homebrew cask, on hold).
