Adds
timelapse listandtimelapse pull <name>|--latest [-o path]using the existing implicit FTPS client and access-code resolver. Listings include byte counts and UTC modification times. Downloads check transfer completion, byte count, and stable source metadata before publishing without overwriting local files; neither command changes printer files.Validation:
GOTOOLCHAIN=go1.26.10 make cipasses formatting, lint, vet, race tests, and build. A read-only X1 Carbon smoke test listed recordings and downloaded the newest video; ffprobe identified H.264 video and ffmpeg decoded it successfully. Existing command and flag contracts were compared against the installed binary, includingams set.Review gate: approve with nits after independent diff and CLI contract review.
