A signed and notarized native macOS app launcher. A faster, more practical Launchpad alternative with pinyin search, folders, instant launch feedback, and zero external dependencies.
macOS Launchpad lacks pinyin search, category-based organization, context menus, and customizable hotkeys. QuickLaunch fills these gaps while keeping the same smooth, native feel. When you launch an app, QuickLaunch disappears immediately so slow target-app startup never feels like launcher lag.
v1.0.6 focuses on folder drag-and-drop polish:
- Apps can now be dragged out of folders back to the main grid.
- Folder apps can be dragged directly into another folder or onto a loose app to create a new folder.
- Canceling a drag no longer removes the app from its original folder.
- The distributed DMG is Developer ID signed, notarized, and stapled.
- SHA256:
