Product-only deploy/env/QA operational notes: deploy-worker rebuild, computed infra port allocation + fail-fast boundary, typed env contract source types and outcomes, and the deploy/QA gotchas (publish the web port, internal-vs-external health, client-side non-LLM QA, per-module port allocation, cleanup-vs-active-deploy race). Host, server, and pipeline operations are deliberately excluded.
