This draft PR converts the complete public UI and user-facing server messages to English, replaces screenshot demo imagery with a three-image interior stack, and regenerates the public screenshot set. It will also absorb the safe GitHub Actions version updates without accepting unrelated screenshot churn from Dependabot branches.
