Adds a GitHub-hosted TCG/QEMU lab that reuses the existing 153 torture scenarios without changing them. The workflow builds and installs the real Golden ISO, boots a QEMU MinimalRouter plus Debian ISP/PPPoE, SIM and LAN-client peers on isolated tap/bridge networks, appends a transport override only in a shadow worktree, and requires all 153 scenarios to pass. Evidence and per-scenario results are retained as Actions artifacts. No self-hosted runner or N150 is required.
