每次分发建议固定写清:
worktree路径(并先确认已创建)- 验收命令(例如
pytest -q ...) - 阻塞时必须
-pause并主动询问

先执行 tmux 初始化:

先创建或修正路径,再分发任务。
task already exists in running list
任务已在执行中,避免重复 -dispatch。
