Release v0.1.2 with native CA and non-interactive login fixes

• make devbox login honor DEVBOX_TOKEN, while preserving explicit --token precedence
• trust operating-system certificate roots so private-CA self-hosted installations work with the released CLI
• publish the fixes as synchronized version 0.1.2
