Web platform for specialized, accessible transportation for people with disabilities and other groups with specific mobility needs. Capstone project (TCC) — Systems Analysis & Development, Fatec Praia Grande, 2021.
GoCare was built on research with over 180 responses about the challenges people with disabilities face when using ride-hailing apps — driver refusals, lack of adapted vehicles, and discrimination. The proposal is a platform connecting trained drivers with passengers who have specific needs, including registration, ride scheduling, and mutual rating.
Key research findings:
- 73.2% of respondents are or personally know a person with a disability
- 69.4% had experienced or knew someone who experienced transportation-related problems
- 131 suggestions were collected to guide product development

Driver and passenger registration and authentication, ride scheduling/cancellation/rating, profile editing and deactivation/deletion. The Notifications page was designed but not implemented — it was scoped as a future feature to alert users about ride changes.
