Add Zen Browser extension

Adds a native Linux Zen Browser extension for Vicinae.

Features:

• New Zen tab / search
• New Zen window
• New private window
• Search history
• Search bookmarks
• List Zen workspaces
• Focus Zen windows

Verification:

• npm test
• npx vici lint
• npm run build -- --out /tmp/zen-browser-store-build
• npm-package-lock-add-resolved run before push

I think it would be really useful to have a feature that lists all the essential tabs. When you click on one, that tab would open directly. This would make navigating between important tabs much easier
