Merge main fixes into gcp-firebase-deploymnet, use the frontend copy/build scripts directly, and apply requested memory and disk settings. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
Comment out the bulk update response and logging statements in deleteCronService.
Log a warning when no courses are found instead of throwing an error.
